Q: How is my payment processed and is the transaction secure?
A: Methods of Payment/Security. We accept Visa and Mastercard online through our SAFE and SECURE merchant processor (powered by Bank of Montreal ) or processed by telephone. For secure credit card transactions and banking relationships we utilize the security and financial strength of BMO. Our secure SSL e-commerce transactions are processed through Moneris Solutions (Bank of Montreal ). We also accept PayPal.
All personal information (including your name, email address, street address, phone number, and order history) are also never shared with third parties.
Q: What is your return policy?
- We work hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We do not accept items for return that have been opened and used, unless they are defective.
- Items will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number.
- Items sold by BebeGoGo may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
- If the item is found to be defective, the Client will be given a store credit or exchange. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Shipping will be refunded at the discretion of BebeGoGo-Travelling Tots.
- Feeding products and feeding accessories may not be returned.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after the receipt of your goods. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as soon as possible to correct the problem. We will pay to have the product shipped back to our warehouse and send you a replacement or correct product. Please do not dispose of any of the damaged material or original packing material and invoices. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR INNER PACKING MATERIAL.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Currently we are offering flat rate shipping of $10 for items shipped to or within Canada. (Excluding remote locations.) Free shipping in Canada is available for orders over $150 before taxes. (Restrictions apply*) We will ship your order via Canada Post within 24-48 hours after receiving it. If you require faster shipping please inform us in writing during checkout or by email. Please call us for Express delivery.
*Free and flat rate shipping do not apply to Express service and may not be available for some over-sized or special order items. These items will be listed as such and we will contact you after with any additional shipping fees if they are not already included. Free delivery and flat rate shipping are not available for postal codes in remote locations.

International
We apologize in advance, but we do not ship outside Canada and the USA . Free shipping for orders over $150 before taxes is only applicable for orders shipped to or within Canada.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax rate will be applied to all orders depending on the destination province. The following rates will apply:
- Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland - 13% HST
- British Columbia - 12% HST
- Nova Scotia - 15%
- Rest of Canada - 5% GST
- Quebec - 5% GST, 8.5% QST on total after GST
United States Orders (International)
All items ship from Montreal, Canada via Canada Post/USP expedited parcel service or ground/cargo service for overseas orders. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Please allow up to 3 weeks (USA) and 6 to 8 weeks (International) for delivery for some parcels. Although shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order, border clearance may delay the arrival of your package. BebeGoGo is not responsible for delays caused by border clearance. Please also note that customers are responsible for all taxes, customs and import duties that may be applied. Rush delivery with UPS is available.
